Peter is a seasoned executive known for his blend of finance and IT expertise. With a proven track record in turnaround management, he excels in implementing financial systems to optimize costs and resources, enhance productivity, and improve client and employee satisfaction. In 1994, when PeopleSoft made its debut in America, Peter was among the first individuals selected for training on the software. He quickly became proficient, leveraging his certified accounting background to contribute to its implementation. By 1996, Peter ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing his own practice that integrated accounting, PeopleSoft, and finance. Under his guidance, the firm experienced remarkable growth, surpassing $10 million in annual revenue. In 2004, Peter transitioned into consulting, working with industry giants such as Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte, and Graham Thornton.

Peter has held CFO positions in various organizations, including the American Council for Voluntary International Action. His experience spans multiple financial systems implementations, enterprise resource management, and process automation, driving operational excellence. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Peter holds certifications from the American Institute of Certified Management Accountants and the American Purchasing Managers Association, along with Project Management Professional Certification. As a co-founder of Synergy, he plays a key role in driving the company’s success through strategic financial leadership and mentorship programs.
